When you say you have "an offer showing on my account".. what do you mean? In the "my offers" section in my account, I only have a link to the chat. Should I be looking somewhere else?

    Thanks!

For me after I cancelled I clicked on the Interactive section on my Sky box there in the manage accounts was a message. I opened it and it said about my cancellation but also said if I changed my mind to click on my offers I did that and it offered me £15 for Sky Entertainment.
If you have already requested cancellation simply call that number I posted its a direct number to the WIN BACK team. Just say you got an email. 03337 594 449
  • What I got offered just now via chat:

    Sky Entertainment pack @ £15 p/m.
    Sky Kids pack @ £1 p/m
    Sky Boxsets @ £1 p/m.
    HD pack @ £1 p/m.
    Sky Cinema pack £10 p/m.
    per the discount you'll pay £28 a month for 18 months thereafter it'll be £61 a month.

No admin fee. I took it, it's the same deal I had last year. Pretty happy! Thanks everyone.
  • MY 18 months discount just came to end so went on chat expecting to have to put in the usual disconnection request.
Was pleasantly surprised to be offered the same deal deal again with chat without having to go through disconnection:
    Entertainment £15
    Ultimate on Demand £3
    HD £1
    Multiscreen £13
    Total £32 for 18 months.

Have just been on chat and got nowhere! was made one offer and then they said all offers are account specific, nothing they could do! will try again tomorrow.
  • I have been offered the following what's your thoughts ? Is that a good deal?

    Sky Tv £12
sky Superfast broadband and line rental £25

    Total £37
  • Well finally decided to stay with Sky, took the following;

    Entertainment pack
    All Sports channels
    HD pack
    Broadband

Already had Sky Q so it was just the package update

    All for £58 a month.

Then rang upgrades and managed to get the above but include the UHD box for free and the multi room package (for UHD content) for £13 a month extra. Total cost £71 a month for 18 months!
  • I feel like the cost has gone up tremendously in comparison to what I had paid previously. I had done the cancellation but I've ended up with.

    Sky Entertainment £17
    Sky Box Sets £1
    Sky Kids £1
    Sky HD £1
    Sky Broadband Essential £20
    Sky Talk Line Rental £0

    Total £40pm for 18 months

    Am I being done over?

What you need to do apparently is to tell sky straightoff the bat you are ruling out no deal.

Tell them you must under any circumstances have a deal and could they pretty please give you a good deal. and then accept the deal they offer because it must be better than no deal because it is a deal and no deal would throw your family off the cliff edge into a entertainment-less abyss.

    Thats how it's done.

You might be able to skim the odd few quid from that (£15 without leaving for Entertainment for instance) but that's not bad. The only thing I'd ask for would be Any Time Calls (presuming you do use the house phone to some extent). If not then a few quid from the BB.
  • I just got offered

    All TV
Sky q 2tb plus mini and sky q experience
    £51 plus £25 credit
No installation or one off charges
    I accepted it.
