Try phoning on a Friday as I have been told by two Sky agents that they get new discount codes each Friday.

Don't accept the first offer though.

You seem to get the best deal when you issue your 31 day cancellation then visit:

Does anyone have, or can they share a screenshot of their current MySky deal with me? Ideally the one where entertainment is £15, Sports/Cinema for £22 etc.

They're disputing an element of it with me, so I'd be keen to have some visual evidence of what I accepted and I didn't take a screenshot at the time...

Can you not go back to the URL and see it again now?

They asked me to upload evidence but it needs your account number on it.

Yep, it's a personalised webpage (even if the deals are the same) and you can't just submit someone elses. Their email hopefully has the necessary details.

When I received my email for this offer it mentioned that it expires on 17th July not sure if its a blanket offer expiring for everyone.

    Here's a screenshot for you.

They excepted this when they tried to offer me Entertainment at £17 on chat. I didn't take a screenshot of Sports/Cinema as I wasn't interested with that, Sorry if you wanted that too.

After 1.5hrs on the phone to Win Back Team, Upgrades and Retentions I've gone from Sky +HD which was going to cancel in early August to:

    Ent £15
    Sports £17
    Kids £1
    HD £1
    Multi Screen £13

    £47 p/m for 18 months with £10 setup

Sky Q 2TB with MultiScreen (2nd box) and UltraHD

    £50 setup with £20 credit

So overall £47p/m for 18 months with £40 setup

To get this I had to quote previous things I'd been offered over the last month and take screen shots of https://www.sky.com/mydeal

The Win Back guy sorted the TV pricing
Retentions were able to offer the Q upgrade for £30 instead of £200
  • An update, I’ve not had any offers since the £39/£52 offer, so called to see if could go to 18 months with that deal(was 12 previously) no joy, and the £3 ultimate on demand offer has expired. Politely declined and sitting tight for now for a better offer

I upgraded from Sky HD box to Sky Q. Found that the retention offers to upgrade to Q directly werent as enticing as using the retention offers "to keep" Sky HD and then using the sky VIP app to upgrade to Sky Q.

    Ended up with:

    Via Sky/Mydeals link:

    Sky Entertainment - £15.00
    Sky Cinema: £10.00
    HD Pack: £1.00

And then via SKY VIP app:

Sky Q 2TB with MultiScreen (2nd box) and UltraHD £30 setup and then £13pm
