And no admin fee either, which seems to be the thing they do on the phone these days ;-)middleclassbutpoor wrote: »Thing is, I rarely use the 2nd box where I am now.
The other thing I should add in is that Im looking at a 12 month contract for the above not the standard 18months too for the entertainment package with everything else being 31 day rolling contract.0 -
I've just used that My Deal link, but I cannot see the Sky Q Multiroom for £12 part? Otherwise it is a better deal than I paid last year!0

That's why I took a screenshot and gave them a call. I've no idea what would have happened if I didn't, there may be a way to add it back on online from your account? Thanks, but how do you actually add it onto the deal they have put up? And do the price rises in April apply to the deal now as per the *0 -
I've took a screenshot and will try Live chat now0

now you've cancelled, what does https://www.sky.com/mydeal offer?
I'm guessing you have to be within the last 31 days for the mydeal page to show an offer as mine is still 'call us'.0 -
Live Chat insists with Sky Q multiroom it would cost me £46 rather than the £38 online if they can add multiroom
EDIT: Eventually they asked me to upload a screenshot of the offer and said they can do it, except they insist on £10 admin fee. So I'm going back online to buy then will call about multiroom.0 -
Now the discount is applied, the future bills seem all over and the discounts are wrong. I'm not sure if this maybe takes into account the April price rise which I didn't think I would be subject too.0

Are you including the £10/£20 charge for having the cheek to take out a new contract ?
