I'd say nothing is wrong and I'd be surprised if you've genuinely got just your TV package down to £27, let alone everything you listed above. There is absolutely no way you have got all that package you mentioned for £27.
Which link did you go through as Sky have so many different links you can go through?

£13 for Entertainment and £15 for Sport with £10 admin fee on a 12 month deal.
Anyone achieved a better deal than this or some sort of cash back?
Called on Tuesday.
Sky+ deal on 18 month contract
£9 for Entertainment & £18 for Sports per month + £10 admin fee.
Anyone achieving better than this? £27 per month, best I've seen so far.0 -
I get unlimited broadband off Sky for £12.50 a month, so I'd say it's definitely worth finding out what they will do.0

Seen a few posts mentioning sky/mydeal link. Does anyone have experience using this. I cancelled other day and am still in my notice period. I have been sent an offer which isn’t worth using. I used the link mentioned in posts here. This has shown a really good offer but one that hasn’t been sent to me directly. I’ve re-signed with this offer but I’m not sure if it really is meant for me. It’s showing that have signed up but there is no details or confirmation on my account and it still showing is leaving. Anyone any knowledge?0

If you are paying around £30 for 'standard' ADSL2 broadband and anytime calls , you should at least be able to get the broadband upgraded to FTTC for the same price ( if it's available and if it would improve your speed) , caller display is free with every provider, as is withholding your number.
Do you make good use of your anytime call plan ?, if you only make occasional calls, and could make them from a mobile that includes calls, you could possibly save the £8 from that.
If you consider other providers , some offer FTTC including line rental for around £20/month, but if the 'calls' element is worthwhile , chances are it would go upto around £25+
TBH, probably the best thing to do is call, say you are going to leave as you can get a better deal, and see if they budge on price0 -

The mydeal links are personal so if yours showed an offer then it's for you only. No idea if it takes time to process, maybe give it 24 hours.0 -
Thanks. Do you know why the link hadn’t been sent to me and I only discovered it off this forum?0

I don't think it does get sent to you as an email, it's only viewable when you log in to your account. (at least that's my understanding)
Edit: if you go via the box itself you'll probably have a different deal entirely.0 -
Managed to get £474 discount over 12 months, that I think is great. £69.50 per month from £109 is not bad for a cancellation, weeks wait and a phone call. That's every package (no sports) on sky q and multi rooms, broadband unlimited, unlimited phone. Very happy.Kind Regards
