When you say 'all the channels', does that include sport and movies ?,0

I think £41 for everything is good but you should be able to get a better deal if you put in a cancellation and see what they offer within the 30 days notice period.
Pricing for Sky Q would include installation and multi box options but the price you finally agree for the channels would remain the same for HD or Q.0 -

The worry would be if including the Sky Q, the prices are higher for the same package as they won’t be able to offer the old Sky box.0 -

Ok thanks, will ask them again and maybe hand in notice.0 -
@TheGame21 - to be fair £41 pm for the whole package in HD is pretty good - I'm paying £34 pm for all but Cinema - which I reckon is 56% discount.
Was offered Cinema for £5pm afterwards but didn't trust them not to screw up my discounts:rotfl:0 -
My 60% off deal which was extended by a letter they sent last year is coming to an end, i'm currently getting Box sets plus movies for £21, Sky have offered the same package on Sky Q 2tb+minibox for £75 installation and £33pm.
Is that a good deal or should i hand in notice?0 -
Well that is an hour and and half of my life wasted!
Contacted Sky online for my annual renewal discussion. The old style chat is no longer available so I got caught up in the new version where they clearly are dealing with multiple customers at once. I am paying £41.75 for full channels with HD on HD box at present. Offered Entertainment, Sports and HD for £46 for 18 months and the £20 admin fee, which I declined.
Analyst clearly not reading what I wrote as I said I needed Sport and Movies at the beginning of the thread and Movies not quoted for. I was then advised shift ending now so will contact me tomorrow despite me advising I will not be available. Last message said do not reply at the bottom of it!
Given spiel about how competitive offer is and how they are the best option. I’ll be the judge of that!
I recommend that you ring in if you wish to discuss anything with them. Often 10 minute gaps in between replies.
This may well be the year I cancel and mean it!0 -
Previous 18 month deal of £47 per month for full Sky Q package with multiroom ended in Nov. Only deal forthcoming during 30 day cancellation period was £57 for the same so let it cancel off. Received the return packaging for the equipment about a week later then had about four missed calls soon after from 0800 759 0420 which Google suggests is their “Win Back” team. Received a ‘Come back to Sky’ email offering me 18 months Sports and Entertainment for £31 but managed to negotiate £38 for same package as before without Sports for 18 months, also waived the £20 admin fee. Quite happy with that, only watch motorbike racing which is Eurosport and BT anyway.0
