We're due to be cut off on the 27th August. Been with then for 7 years, and 2 addresses.
As yet only one phone call - but still trying to get us to accept £38 a month for Basic Entertainment [whatever it's now called] and Sky Sports. We have previously been paying £25, 12 month contract.
Even discussed taking SkyQ/Multi-room as we're having extension built, but still they wouldn't negotiate or come anywhere near our budget.
So, we're due to expire on 27th August. Currently trying to prime my 4 year old, as we have a lot recorded that he likes to watch, but we will manage somehow.
Tried logging in online but just get the "phone us" screen.0 -

My current offer on this for your package is £13 for entertainment and 14.50 for sports , HD SPORTS £2

Gave notice a week ago so am expecting to get calls soon to duscuss a new deal.
One thing - does anyone know what the new imminent Netflix deal will be and is there any chance of getting it included if negotiating a new 12 month deal?0 -

There's been no leak that I've seen on Netflix. It's Sky Q only and should be here before the end of the year. It looks like they're launching a new package which includes it (maybe Spotify too?) so you'll be able to negotiate on the package price I suppose (there'll be the standalone app on the box as well, at least it'll be kept up to date unlike on your smart TV)

All,
Just negotiating my parents sky package which they have not haggled for 20+ years
Got off the phone with customer service, does £75 sound reasonable for:
1 Tb Sky Q Box + 1 Mini Box
Sky Q Multiroom x 1
Sky Entertainment + Sky Cinema
HD
Fibre Max
Phone Line (not inc call package)
Thanks!
