If you cancelled in June what is your present status with Virgin?sandyman80 said:I cancelled virgin TV and internet in June and I have had nothing from them, no email no phone call no letter.
So much for cancelling and hoping for them to call with a better deal0 -

In the VM account, you have to permit marketing communications, otherwise they will not contact you even when you have cancelled.sandyman80 said:

My aunt was paying £48.15 for M125 broadband, phone with weekend chatter + 100 anytime minutes. It was going up to £62.15 next month.Today we (I!) phoned and ditched the 100 anytime minutes (she uses her mobile usually for calls, but wants to keep landline) and got her the M125 broadband and phone with weekend chatter for £21 a month. She's very pleased with me
