I just did and it had an offer to renew to the same deal for another 24 months for a pound cheaper, or take the same package but with slower broadband for £6 less a month. No messing about haggling or threatening to cancel. I took up the second offer and have had a confirmation email through. My price was £49p/m going up to £100p/m now down to £42p/m.
I'm just wondering how their messaging works via one's account?
Please can you tell where I should look on my account if they decide to contact me this way, when my contract comes up for renewal?
Thank you.0 -
I didn't realise my contract has now ended 2 months ago! M125 broadband only jumped from £22.22 to £57.22!!
I shall be cancelling that!!0 -
