Anon, I got this deal in April by phoning them on 02037436970

Mega TV and Netflix Standard, 350M and weekend calls for £34 increasing to £38 next April

  • Hi. Was this deal an 18month or 2 year contract? I will be making the same call very soon and don't know if 18 month contracts are still being offered. Thanks🙂

18 month contracts are no longer offered so far as I am aware. They now use 24 month contracts.

Thank you. Was that including a Volt speed increase on the broadband or straight 350/362?

I like to be as prepared as possible before speaking to them (but then there doesn't seem to be a standard offer anyway!).

In the past we have just started a new contract (switch to another adult in the house) but the advertised packages now only include Stream, rather than the V360 box, so appear inferior. We like to be able to fast forward through adverts and not have to pay for the privilege.

I phoned the number suggested. I was offered £35 including landline or £32 without. Mine is 350 including Volt.

I could have shopped around and perhaps tried haggling, but just wanted it off my list.

So we settled on Mega TV plus Netflix added, Volt 350 broadband and landline for £35, then £39 from April 2027.

Anon, glad you managed to get sorted. We moved away from O2 so didn`t get Volt this time.

Currently paying £78 for M250, Sky Sports HD, TNT and Mega TV. Contract up end of July.

Online they are offering me £75 for the same package and M350. That feels an okay price. An issue in my area is Virgin broadband is unbeatable, but also not sure if I can be too bothered to haggle as not sure I'll get them much lower after 4 years of custom.

I always think if it feels an ok price and I'm happy with it, then just accept it. Somebody's bound to come along later and say they got the same for £10 less, so just don't look for a while.

I was approaching my renewal and price was going to go up three fold, I rang 02037436970 outbound retentions number spoke to a few females all giving me high prices then spoke to a few guys most giving low prices, eventually got a guy who gave me what I wanted

    Max Volt bundle

1Gb broadband with new Hub 5 router

    Mega tv

    Sky sports hd

    Sky cinema hd

    Kids pack

    TNT sports in ultra hd

Anytime calls to mobiles and landlines

    Netflix standard with ads

    Asian mela

    £50 bill credit

£52 a month was happy with deal for 2 years and price goes up £4 every April, my advice is when speaking to the females they tend the increase prices massively, when you in call if you hear their voice disconnect call and redial until you get a guy and also ring in the morning 9am to 11.30am to get low ball price as in afternoon + evening they are busy and less chance of a deal good luck!
