Been on the same package since 2018 with a few price rises since then.
Is this a good price or am I being taken for a mug...!?
    £69.25 / month for:
    • Mix TV (200+ channels)
    • Talk Weekends
    • 100MB Fibre (bosted to 200MB due to seperate O2 mobile contract)

I managed to get Maxit TV, 200GB Fibre, Talk weekends £44/month so seems like it!
  • Hi all, I put in my 30 day notice the other week as I'm in my final month. I am currently on M350, basic tv and talk weekends for £45/mo (went up from £41/mo 1 month ago). I got a phone call the next day and was offered M500, same tv and talk weekends as well as range extender for £39/mo. I pushed for 1gig because I'm a gamer with a family of gamers who like to download things quickly. Unfortunately I couldn't come to an agreement for that so I didn't accept the offer. I've not yet received another call back ever since. Has anyone else done what I have done and got another phone call during the 30 day period? If I don't get another call within the next week or two I might give that number thats around the forums a call and see if I could get an improved offer.

I’ve had them call me twice in one day before now first call was a lady who I declined to speak to as I had made my mind up about wanting to leave but then a few short hours later I got a second call from a Scottish guy who got me a reasonable deal on the M350 for £25 a month so it is possible to be contacted more than once but those numbers on the forum are definitely a back up solution should you not hear from them again and they do work as noted by others on this thread.

Cheers mate, unfortunately I'm away at a remote location next week so I might miss their phone calls lol, but I'll wait until there's a week or so left on my contract before using that back up solution :)
  • Quick thanks to all for the advise on this thread.  Cancelled broadband a couple of weeks (1 gig out of contract price up to £67) ago but hadn't recieved a call back.  Phoned 0203 743 6947 and they were able to offer the below:

    500MB - £30
    350MB - £27
    200MB - £21

All of these included the volt upgrade.  Renewed with 500.

    Just called to cancel.

    Got MIxit TV
    100MB
    Talk Weekends

£29 (Originally offered it for £32 but said proceed to cancel)

As this was the same as I was paying stayed with it. The only thing removed was entertainment package which was free last time and I don't watch it anyway,

Hi everyone, I've still not received a call back after the initial call I got the day after I cancelled, shall I hold out a little longer or should I give that number a call?

Another update, I just called the number 0203 743 6947, spoke to a nice bloke who asked some details about my usage, and was able to provide 1gig fibre, weekend phone, mixit tv for £39/mo which includes the router upgrade (hub 5) and a wifi pod for extended range, it also came with a £10/mo O2 sim for £10/mo which came at a great time as my brothers mobile contract was coming to an end. Overall very happy with this.
