Hi GuysOn a side note how long did it take for outbound retention's to get back to you after you cancelled . I cancelled mine two weeks ago as the price shot up to much for me and so far no one has called me back.Thanks

There have been a few that never got a call back. Was it Lee ? Left it till the day before and then rang them. I guess you have to make a plan as to what you will do if they don't and what you will do if they do. Maybe they're very busy and will get back to you soon.

Other years it has taken a week or more. Worst comes to the worst you can cancel your cancellation and start overI've heard tales online of people who haven't been called back but everyone I know in person has always been called with a better offer. In fact the guy who called me told me it was the only way to get the best price.Or move to Sky or someone.:)

So if the worst comes to the worst, can i make a new deal with them and then cancel that deal a few weeks later ? I'm thinking like a cooling off period which i think you have two weeks to do after you agree to the new deal. Then just hope they call me back...0
