Yes I believe they would still contact you - if all else fails you can always cancel a cancellation and try again.sabotage3d said:

I called the cancellation team they offered £35 for the same package I said I need to think about it. Then I called them again a few hours later I was waiting for like 20 minutes and then someone actually called me from the same number which was odd. He offered me £30 for the same package which I accepted. Can I still cancel this and wait for the proper retention team or it is too late now?0 -

I have notice on the 18th July. Call back from retentions on the 19th . I had 100mb, calls weekend's and basic T . I was paying £56.50. I got rid of the phone and TV and just kept the 100mb for £26 a month.0

Agreement coming to an end 25th Jul, called on Saturday, 150 - options 1-1-4-4 "Thinking of leaving", answered with 15 min, I was ok with that. After couple of minutes discussion £61 for my current package: Fun TV (L). M100 Fibre Broadband & Talk More Anytime
Said I will call back next week

Only when you put in the cancellation, will the better offers come in0
