Great deal, but I make it £14.50 per month.
Also, wouldn't using the £50 code void out the cashback (usually using a promotion code does) ?
Ah yes - got the maths in my head wrong. £14.50/month makes it even better.
I used a similar promo code a few years ago with VM and the cashback came through ok. In my experience, using a promo code not listed on Quidco/TCB works 90% of the time (despite them saying it makes cashback ineligible).:grouphug:Official MSE canny forumite and HUKD VIP badge member

I signed up to Full House a few months ago through Quidco and during ordering on chat they gave me a £50 credit code to enter - Quidco has paid out (but obviously no guarantees).0 -

I'm currently paying £32 for phone line and broadband, was on a deal which ran out a few months ago.
Anyway, called VM today, and went through the usual process looking to cancel, too dear etc, an almost annual ritual. The lady I spoke with says - yeah sure we can do something for you and gives two options. Firstly pay a fiver more and get TV channels I don't want or need, or pay the same and get faster broadband. Obviously pointed out neither option helped, so would need to cancel.
On doing so, she advises the "outgoing" retention team have been disbanded and I'll not get a call from anyone else, furthermore the 'offers' I had received would not be available if I called back.
Seems from other posts here and elsewhere this is a load of poppycock. I'm not rushing to sign up elsewhere, and I'll look to use my 30 days wisely, but has anyone else had a similiar experience?0 -
We phoned and cancelled our deal last Friday, had two calls (one which we missed) from retention's. We were paying £78 a month for Two boxes (One V6), the TV XL package, anytime calls and 150mb broadband.
Managed to get us on the new customer VIP bundle at £88.75 a month, we're paying more but on 350mb broadband, get Sky cinema and sports HD included and our other box is getting upgraded to a V6. Plus we're getting mobile outbound calls included in our plan too. So we're paying a tad more, but getting a lot more. Pretty happy with that..0 -
Been on Vivid 100 (£32pm). Contract coming to an end soon.
Called and got through to cancellations. Offered the same package for another 12 months for £35. I pointed out that new customers can get it for £29, and that I would be happy paying £32 but only if I could have more channels (mix bundle would've been nice).
They wouldn't budge. Have opted to 'think about it' but now wondering whether I should have just cancelled? The guy did say that if I cancelled now, I couldn't get this £35 offer again (which I think is a load of rubbish).
Thoughts people?0 -

Similar thing with me - see my post directly above. Let us know if they call back and what offers you get!0 -
I’ve been offered £82.25 12 month contract for full house tv and sky sports, 200mb broadband and talk weekends. Is this any good or not? We want to keep the sports.0
