Does anyone know if there a Flex5 Dual Fuel Electricity tariff ?
My contracts were up for renewal and Iresa looked reasonably cheap again so I renewed both with them using the online login. I chose the cheapest options :
Electricity: IRESA Flex5 12month Fixed Direct Debit (ELECTRICITY)
Gas: IRESA Flex5 12month Fixed Direct Debit (Dual Fuel )
But I noticed the Electricity one doesn't say Dual Fuel - did anyone else get / have such a tariff ?
Thank you!0 -
Thanks molerat.
That agrees with the update they sent to my enquiry: "Please rest assured you have selected the correct contract, as the contents of the parenthesis (Dual Fuel) or (ELECTRICITY) has no financial implications."0 -
"Short" bill for Nov has appeared on my transactions today.0

I have been with Iresa for two years and have been relatively happy apart from some operating glitches however they have informed me that they are putting up my derect debit by 50% same as Toto are doing. On trying to contact them to say no way, I was customer number 234 in a Queue so waited until later in the day when I was customer number 60. One hour later and adviser comes to the phone but cannot do anything! A ticket is raised but she hasn't quite grasped the facts that I was explaining. So went onto the website to email them with my concerns and after pressing enter to send the email it all just disappeared!. So I will leave them ASAP. Yes they are supposed to be the cheapest but the customer service is deteriorating and I don't have confidence in this company anymore.0

I don't think CS has deteriorated. It's much as it has been for the last year. Impossible by phone, and very slow by messaging through your account. I finally got my requested credit back after a 3 month wait, and only after a formal complaint via Resolver had been in their in-tray for 45 days. And this after a previous complaint was ruled in my favour by the Ombudsman.
This has reduced my account credit from in excess of £300 to around £150, which is probably OK at this time of year., but no doubt it'll start to build up again by Easter.
My current deal expires at the end of January, and in the absence of anything else competitive appearing, I'll probably renew with Iresa for a further 12m fix. But it has been very hard going, and I can understand why many people will look elsewhere. No free lunch, and no free laptop0 -

Bloody hell Iresa, what are you up to? In a moment of Boxing Day boredom I checked my account and all debits have vanished. I'm now in £700 credit. Bonkers.0
