You beat me. :rotfl: I've now got £480 credit for gas. All my charges have disappeared..0

Nothing has changed on my leccy only account -still no charges for November usage,so I'm well over £200 in credit - but they have asked for December reading ,so what are the chances of a correct bill for this month!!!0

Same here, my Gas bills have all been removed, my electric are still there.
I wonder why, could it be they have to re-do them using the correct multiplier?
I hope when they re-appear the bills are not inflated.0 -
I have Iresa Dual Energy at two properties.
On both, the gas and electric bills have broken links.
Iresa seems to have blown a fuse!0 -
My gas account is also in credit by over £200. I am tempted to request a refund to me.0

£351 in credit here.
I am quite happy if that is true!
I would ask for a refund if I thought I could contact them!I started out with nothing and I still have most of it left!0 -
Out of curiosity, I just took another look at my (closed and settled) account. An estimated read 2 months after I left has appeared on the electric, so now that thinks it's £60 in debt, and a random £0.24p debt has appeared on the gas. Looking back they've made adjustments to the previous charges in the transactions list.
Not worried, since I have my refund now, and I can account for every kWh of gas and electric I used, so I know I owe them 0, but glad I made a download of the transactions before Christmas.3.6 kW PV in the Midlands - 9x Sharp 400W black panels - 6x facing SE and 3x facing SW, Solaredge Optimisers and Inverter. 400W Derril Water (one day). Regarding GAS accounts, this from Iresa on Twitter this morning (I seem to remember OFGEM instigating this as a result of a recent court case but I may have dreamt it!?) At least 1. they're trying and 2. responses on Twitter are speedy.
"We are currently rebilling all gas accounts as part of a system review to ensure consistency of charges for all gas customers. Your gas account charges will be updated by the new year"

....And the missing bit of the statement :- " ...and the man doing the rebilling of gas, has been taken off of the electricity billing, so no electric bills for the foreseeable future":rotfl:0 -
Well.......looks like I was right about the estimated end of month meter readings. IRESA have recalculated charges, using both my readings and their own estimates to 30th November -I'm now trying to see if these add up correctly:rotfl:
EDIT - Surprisingly, the new balance agrees with my spreadsheet!! But no new bills raised - the account charges are showing the alterations.0
