Not sure what LBCCC or MCOL means but will wait and see what happens
acronyms are explained in post #2 of the NEWBIES sticky thread, 3 threads down from the top of the main forum
that thread is essential reading for all "newbies"

Of course there isn't, not on THIS thread belonging to someone else. You can't start a thread here on someone else's!
It's on page one of the forum...hop off this thread, go back to the parking forum showing today's listing of new threads. If you find that difficult, review the video about how to use the forum which was part of the sign-up info you were emailed.
Or - just Google on another tab 'MoneySavingExpert Forum Parking Tickets' and you can get there that way if you are truly struggling to hop around the forum...but I recommend you try to hop around the forum first.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
