Vcs bailiff letter from dcbl bailiffs

I have now received a notice from bailiffs regarding ticket at John Lennon Airport for passenger getting out at roundabout (clearly picture shows traffic on roundabout)
Is it legal or just a ploy

dcbl bailiffs aka. the "Sheriffs" are a BPA member acting as a debt collector. Have been seen issuing "debt" letters for £600 (aka taking the ....) in Cardiff for New Generation.

Suggest you take it all to your local Trading Standards for investigation of both DCBL (aggressive and misleading practices) and VCS/JLA for attempting at unjust enrichment.

Add in the Liverpool Echo while you are at it.

Yes so we've told you how to complain. The words 'certified bailiff' on a letter that is meerly a debt collector piece of trash for the recycling bin, is misleading and against bailiff regulations, I expect, although I'm not an expert (Herbie21 is).

You could ask Herbie21 who posts on here or go to her website: bailiffadviceonline.

would you be good enough to give the full name and address of this company

I (and I am sure others) would like to see a photo of this

if you could photo or scan it and host it on tinipics that would be good , failing that private message me and we will find a way of sorting it

a moment ago I swear the company was "school cirtified bailiff" , it now reads dcbl bailiffs

confused of wigan (as all wiganers are)

dcbl are as stated , debt collectors , however using a statement " or bailiff will call and extra charges incurred" could be held as misleading

they have carefully omitted "and seize goods" , as they have no right to do that .

if they wish to ride around all day in there little white vans they can do , but until it goes to court , you loose , you do not pay and it is legally transferred to them , they can swivel!

definatly contact bailiffs online for their view on this , as I was told those letters had been stopped
