    No! As I have now posted the actual wordings. When I received the letter all sorts of images flash through my mind because on the letter is the channel 5 logo and can't pay We'll take it away.5

    This is just a thought, as they are now using Channel 5 logo and reference to the Can't pay We'll take it away programme on their letters to scare people,
    are they breaking copyright law? Just a thought.

    Trading Standards should be very interested in a debt collector implying that it has the authorization to sieze property, as would their trade body (CSA?).

    I doubt channel 5 would want to be involved in the fall out either, so well worth complaining to them too as this may be done in such a way to imply it's officially sponsored. Ditto for Watchdog.
