Yep and the OP should read the Parking Prankster's thread on this lot, as well as contact bailiffadviceonline.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I have never been to court. I just got the letter this morning dcbl certified bailiff telling me to pay £160.00 within 14 days or bailiff will call and extra charges incurred
Real bailiffs won't' get involved for that much money, which sounds a lot like a debt collection fee (£100 'parking' + £60 debt collection). Court fees for a real bailiff would exceed that alone.
You should ignore dcbl in this case and complain to everyone.0 -

@OP - can we see a redacted copy of the letter with those words showing please? Use Photobucket to host it, copy the URL and paste it here with http changed to hxxp. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I thought about that , they can (try to) add on monies for every visit or letter sent , I was more bothered about wording that implied entrance/seizure of goods ,
I suppose the way to answer it would be the std letter "claim in dispute , hand back" , but why bother writing to scum
I also offered to let the OP post me a PM in order for a email photo drop , but not taken upSave a Rachael

Actual wordings were I quote "Failure to address within 14 days of the date of this letter Will result in your case being reviewed for legal recovery and such costs being added to the debt recovery"
Sorry I couldn't send copy as I only use a tablet.
I did contact the bailiff thread you sent me and sent them a photo of the letter by e-mail for which i await a reply0 -
