I called Customer services (again) to tell them that i had still not received voucher that they had promised to send me, when I phoned them yesterday.
After another 10 min wait on the line, I was told that they would be sending me a gift card in the post instead.
Still not holding my breath tho...but will be watching for the postie....0 -
How do I get my voucher from M & S?
Already phoned Customer Services was told I would get it by Aug.22nd! NOT RECEIVED!
What do I do now MARTIN?

I haven't received mine either and I applied in May.
I have just phoned customer services. They tell me that nearly all their queries today have been about the vouchers not being received.
Customer services have told me that they will try and sort it out and they hope that head office will reply to her email!0 -
I still have not received the voucher...who dof I contact to get ithe as time is running out!0

I'm also waiting for my voucher. I called them today and was told that I had applied too late to qualify for the deal! I disagreed and said that I had followed the instructions on this site and had received the 500 points by redeeming the voucher, so why wouldn't I get the £30 voucher too. The advisor went quiet and then advised me I did meet the criteria and would raise an email request to the upper management, and I should get my voucher by email this week - we'll see.0

Another one here - I've phoned about four times now and emailed through secure messaging too. I've threatened them with the banking ombudsman (though I've no clue whether that would actually be any use). I was also told it would be here by the 22nd (after they'd been through the usual rigmarole of checking I'd qualified) - was told yesterday that it would be issued by midnight. Nothing. Zip. Nada. Zero. Next steps??0

No e-mail, nothing through the post . Going to see what the postman brings today. If no joy they can shove their credit card and their current account (which I am switching), and their Sparks Card . I started to shop in the Food Hall for "somthing nice"....no point now :mad::mad:0

Hurrah!!!! Just checked my M&S message inbox and had an apologetic message with codes for both on-line and on-site use. Got to spend them by 31st still though. :j:j:j0 -

Yes, I received the same message with code for both online and instore. However, when I tried to use the code instore it didn't work and I was left humiliated as the staff questioned how I got the code and it should have been a bar code rather than a number.
Back to square one.0
