MSE News: Free £30 M&S voucher up for grabs with 19mth 0% spending card

Well I opened my emails with great excitement this morning.....nothing :mad:

So have fired off another query, and if I don't get any joy I will post a complaint.

You would have thought that M& S would have been keen
to keep their new customers happy. I was certainly spending more in the food hall than I used to.

I am rather peeved, and if I don't get a result I'm going to cancel the card and get a Nectar card to boost my points balance.

No voucher still today....

I phoned customer services and after having been put on hold for 15 mins , I was told that the voucher will be in my inbox by midnight tonight.

Hmmmmmm....not holding my breath.

Same for my wife and I. Will be checking e-mail accounts first thing tomorrow.

Still nothing in my e-mail or in post, now 23rd August. Have sent a complaint via secure message; as suggested in a previous post. Will post result

Following a complaint to Customer Services (Via secure message) I received an apology and a promise of a £30 credit to my account.

Mine was sent through the post and I got it on Friday. Spent it on Saturday! Check your snail mail too.

I, too, am in the same boat - no sign of a voucher
I have emailed them and pointed out there are quite a lot of unhappy voucherless people posting on this website!

Just rung customer services, the said voucher had been sent yesterday by email but ive not recieved it so he told me it may have been posted so will see if Mr Postman bring it
