    There is a copy of the email a few posts back and you can send them a secure message via online banking.

  • Hi guys,

    Just to try and answer some of your questions, as was noted in the terms and conditions;

    'The voucher will be emailed to you by 22 August 2016 and must be redeemed by 31 August. It can be spent on clothing, homeware, food, wine and flowers (see full T&Cs).'

    So it should be with you by 22 August at the very latest so make sure to keep checking your email!

    If you're looking for a further update on this, the best option is to contact M&S Bank directly through the following page:http://bank.marksandspencer.com/explore/contact-us/overview/

    Hope this helps,

    Got mine Tuesday, went to Marks to load up with food but wife bought a pair of shoes before we got to the Food Hall. Is that a 'win' or a 'lose'?:rotfl:

    That's a 'win'. But unfortunately not for you.....
  • I didn't get mine, they said I signed up through the website not via MSE, which is rubbish as I didn't even know about the offer till I saw it on MSE. I've complained, see how far I get, I'll just close the account if they muck me around.

    Did you get any sort of emailed confirmation from them when you applied please? I have two email addresses and can't find anything in either of them, but perhaps it came as a 'no reply' address. I have not had mine and def. did it through this site as it was so emphatic.

  • No email that I can see - keep arguing with them, like I am, if they've made a mistake and more people complain they might give in!
