MSE News: Free £30 M&S voucher up for grabs with 19mth 0% spending card

The 500 bonus points voucher was pretty clear in the enclosed leaflet that M&S sent with the card, It had a bar code so why would anyone not think you wouldn't need to scan it?

As for the voucher, my transaction was on the 2nd of July and still no sign of the voucher.

Well this is the week they are supposed to be sending out the vouchers....

Anyone seen their's show up yet? Still nothing here...

I applied for my husbands card a week after I applied for mine. He's got his £30 but I haven't. How does that work? We also did the first spends in store but neither of us have received the £5.

I've also rung customer services, and although polite, they were fairly useless. The rep said "the system" will send them out on 22nd August. When I queried expiry date (31st Aug?) she didn't know. I explained that as an in store use voucher it would be no good as I will be away during the brief time period it will be valid. She said she checked with a manager and they didn't know either. Given that I applied in middle of May and I'm just paying my second statement now I'm not hugely impressed.

I'll be on holiday as well, if they wait till August 22nd to send them out. Very annoying. I suppose I'll just have to forward it to a family member to use instead. Very annoying - wanted to use it to buy holiday clothes!

Hopefully the 22nd is a worst case scenario and they might email some out earlier than that...? What use is a voucher that's only valid for 9 days!

I queried the dates as well (on-line). The latest we will get the voucher is 22nd August. Not much time to use is there :mad:

Still no voucher for me too... very disappointing! Customer services seem to know nothing

My voucher arrived in my email inbox today! Definitely only valid until the end of the month though, which I still think is a bit stingy, but at least it's here in time for me to spend it before I go on holiday!

Yes, my voucher came today- small problem !!- no printer and no smart phone either!
Means I will have to spend online? not keen as I would rather use on food instore.
