Yes, my voucher came today- small problem !!- no printer and no smart phone either!
Means I will have to spend online? not keen as I would rather use on food instore.

It states on the voucher 'in-store voucher code'

So is there anything stopping you from writing down the code on a bit of paper and just providing that to the cashier who should then be able to input it?

Not had mine yet, but at least I now know to look out for it online rather than in the post. I hope it hasn't gone to spam or something without my realising!

    No!
Basically that's what they said when I phoned as folk in the past have struggled when the printer refused to print! If there is then a problem at the till they said phone bank from branch.
    Sorted!

    Hello Jolaaled,

Out of the 3 of us(1 with different address) I got my voucher via e-mail 1 week later, that was beginning of June, relatives haven't received theirs yet!
E-mailed voucher with my name on it to my daughter who purchased items of clothing up to the value of £30 for her hols. :)
    Good Luck and fingers crossed.
Will be calling them on 23rd Aug if £30 e-mail voucher has not arrived by 22nd @ midnight.

Waiting for my voucher, which will be here anytime up until August 22nd.
Tonight I applied for a M&S current account, you get £100 voucher when you switch (thanks again Martin :money:), but now you also get an extra £10 voucher every month you stay with them for up to a year and have at least 2 direct debits going out.
I am switching the account that I use for bills, so this is a great way to pocket £220 :j :j

And if like me you like to recycle I take my £1000 out a few seconds later.
    :)

I got the credit card and never got my £5 barcode slip thing in the first place - I've just checked again as I have all the paperwork. I'm hoping the other vouchers will be here this week as I'm off on holiday at the end of the month!
    Prizes:
    2013 - £3,500; 2014 - £8,200; 2015 - £9,300; 2016 - £6,500; 2017 - £9,500; 2018 - £1,600; 2019 - £2,100; 2020 - £2360!
Thanks for everyone's help getting these xx

Did you not get the letter with the card attached and, enclosed, an 8-page leaflet with '500 bonus points, voucher inside' emblazoned on the front in green'?

It's inside that, back page. The covering letter tells you where it is!

I think it needs to be made clear that there are two bonuses from this card!

The big one is the £30 voucher to be used in-store before the end of the month. It comes by e-mail. Needs to be used in its entirety but can be added to if what you are buying costs over £30.

The £5 reward is not due yet. If you made a M&S purchase by 31/7 and presented the voucher which came with the card, you got 500 bonus points. These will be converted into a money off voucher when M&S authorise them - possibly quarterly (like Tesco Clucard points).
  • Can someone tell me what is the subject of the email advising of the voucher? I may have deleted the email by mistake thinking it was a spam.
