I've told them to notify a manager and that others on the MSE forums are also disgruntled, I only have 14 days to spend the voucher and counting...

YAY! I received my voucher this morning IN THE POST and not in an email as advised. I will be off to Marks shortly.....

If you go to the messaging part of your account, choose 'Complaint' as you get a very quick and offical response.

They still said I opened the credit card up via their website, which is wrong as I only knew about the deal as I saw it on MSE, so I'm still arguing.

If I don't get a result, I'll cancel the card immediately.

Applied in June still waiting for the voucher, I have been chasing via the M&S telephone banking been told only £20 Voucher not £30??! Still No sign of The vouchers.

Still waiting for mine too and if I remember correctly it had to be used by the end of August?
