  • Well I got my voucher.... eventually, and had some difficulty using it as they had a sale and promotions on.( I ordered on-line as there isn't a shop near me ).
The goods arrived ( I have them delivered to the local Food Hall ) but after the August 31st "deadline,".
Today I took them back, the swimsuit was a too small and the fleece wasn't as thick as I expected.
    Guess what....no refund 🙍🙍🙍🙍
The till said NO, and the supervisor explained that this is usual for an on-line code.
She suggested that I phone customer services but I got the impression that it would be a waste of time.
So is it worth pursuing ?? I thought that I could use Resolver.
    :(:(:(

    SUCCESS :T:T
I e-mailed customer service, saying how disappointed I was, and got a reply the next day with a voucher for £30, and it lasts for 2 years :T
Also got my £100 gift card for switching

Never got my £30 voucher but got my 500 points and therefore a £5 voucher this week.
Just called M&S on 03459000900 and eventually got through to a human who checked and confirmed my "eligibility" and apologised for the ommission.
She promised to add £30 credit to my M&S card for next statement and I can then use £30 off card for "free"...RESULT :T:j:beer:

parents both got the M&S card at the same time. Both made purchases on the same day. Dad got his voucher via email, but mum's is nowhere to be seen. Any ideas what she should do? Just seem to be passed pillar to post on the phone!

I waited ages for my voucher, despite being assured that it was being dealt with. I suggest that you e-mail customer services and M&S Bank, more than once if need be. Most firms feel obligated to answer e-mails, but phone calls tend to be forgotten or overlooked.
    Good luck

I called them earlier on today.
Well the lady on the phone was kinda second guessing and not sure if I hit the criteria, she was asking me to confirm if I had or not! (I know I hit the criterias tho).

In a nutshell, she was going round and round, and I was getting nowhere, so I just ask her to put in a formal complaint and give me the reference number! what a palava! Fingers cross this is sorted soon.. seems like the only way to get an answer is to make a formal complaint these days! shame

Another two here not receiving the vouchers - both my wife and I applied in September and spent on the cards but no vouchers received. Have sent emails to customerservices.internet@mandsbank.com and will await the response.
  • I have my £30 Voucher. But not the £5 voucher. Isn't the £5 points on a M&S Card? I don't have a M&S Card either, or do I get a card posted with the 500 points on? How long after my £30 voucher will I get the £5 voucher?
