  • My partner and I both applied for our credit cards on the same day (end of May). We both got the 500 points no problem. However, having both made a purchase in June, I received my £30 voucher by email on July 11th but my partner still hasn't received hers. Yes, just like a lot of other members on MSE forum, she has been in touch with customer services a number of times - still no voucher. I think it is really poor that a reasonably well respected name like M&S is messing customers about like this.
  • I sent a secure message to M & S on the 24th... I didn't get a reply so I've just rung them.

    Now this seems to be a completely different response..... they're saying that the voucher is issued by MoneySavingExpert.com and to get onto them!! :eek:

    Well I'm glad I didn't go with that response!!

    247 is 24 hour, 7 days a week. Go to 'Contact Us' at the bottom of the M&S Bank webpage click on 'Contact Us' and a form appears for you to complete.

    I've done this today and also tweeted on Twitter to get some public coverage.

    I hope you all realise that M&S Banking is actually owned by HSBC Bank PLC, not Marks & Spencer. The use of the Marks & Spencer name is simply licensed to HSBC for the banks use. However, I can't imagine that M&S will be very pleased about the bad publicity.

    It looks like M&S have not lived up to their side of the bargain for a lot of you!

    If you still have not received your vouchers, get in touch with us here at voucherhelp@moneysavingexpert.com and include your address and contact number.

    We can get this forwarded to our contacts at M&S directly who have been resolving these issues pretty quickly so far.

  • Haven't received my £30 voucher. Chased via phone Monday, was fobbed off by Customer Services. Tweeted @MandSBank today, got voucher code within the hour. Annoyingly my code didn't work. After a email discussion, turns out my voucher couldn't work because M&S have started their Homeware sale!

    I've complained & asked for this contradicting T&C to be waived as I got the voucher late, the sale finishes 30 Aug but the voucher still expires 31st

    Will see what M&S comes back with...
