The M&S £30 voucher is a farce!! I've been phoning for weeks to find out where my voucher is and keep getting told different dates. I phoned Saturday and was told they would be emailed on 22nd Aug. This came and went still no vouchers. I rang again today stating should receive in next couple of days. It doesn't give much time to spend them if there's a deadline!!0

Still nothing here, I have complained but they knocked it back. Then they said they wouldn't reply to my reply as they dealth with the matter.
I have complained, again, they said they will be in touch. Still waiting...
Oh, and I see MSE have another link today for a £25 voucher - what a farce!0 -
Also M&S are supposed to pride themselves on excellent customer service I don't think so I've had better service from the Pound shops!!its disgusting getting people to sign up for credit cards then breaking the agreement to supply vouchers. A letter to Head Office and Financial Ombudsman should soon shake them up!!0

I can see today another offer from M & S to open an account, I am still waiting like many others for the promised £30 voucher said to be delivered by e-mail by the 22nd August to be spent by the 31st August ( very small window) but after 2 days of calls to them still no sign of the e-mail or voucher. Very disappointed ................. So why post another offer when they can't fulfill the last one ............. False advertising as they can't deliver..... ☹️0

Hi. Can someone at MoneySavingExpert take up the baton on this please?
I spoke to M&S Bank 1week ago about none receipt of the £30 voucher and they said it would arrive by the end of that week but it didn't arrive. On Monday this week, I sent a secure message via their website and the website says that they reply within 72 hours, hopefully by tomorrow (Thursday 25th August). I do feel that someone in authority needs to look into this as we shouldn't have to jump through hoops to get what was promised.0 -
I have now rang 3 times and have been told anything from "there must be a problem with your emails" to "customer services admin team with be in contact today" to "it will definitely be emailed by 22nd August"
Still nothing, very fed up"These things take time but I know that I'm the most inept that ever stepped"0 -

I also sent a message via internet banking on Monday and didn't have a response after 24 hours so I called them and got my voucher today.wakeupalarm wrote: »I still haven't received anything either, which number are people calling?0 -
Same for me- rang two weeks ago (having been using the card since end of MAY and having paid two month's statements, nearly three) and was told wait until 22nd Aug.
Of course, now 24th and no email/voucher.
Rang on the banking number and got a pleasant American accented lady, who after copious checks re my eligibility did admit I should have had the voucher. BUT still had to "escalate" it to another team who'd be in touch in 24 hours. NO movement on expiry date. Told her my move to their current account was now being scrapped, as really doesn't fill me with confidence re their efficiency. Will wait and see if they do reply. Agree with previous comments re MSE taking this up with M&S, especially as they're running a new offer when they blatantly can't cope with the one from May. Come on Martin- sort them out!!!:money:0 -
No voucher here either. Have complained using secure message so hopefully they will sort it out quickly. I think at this rate there will be a rush of late night shoppers on the 31st desperately trying to spend their vouchers!MFW 91 op 2014 £410/1000
MFW 91 op 2015 £4051/4000
MFW 91 op 2016 £4040/4000
