Haven't received my £30 voucher. Chased via phone Monday, was fobbed off by Customer Services. Tweeted @MandSBank today, got voucher code within the hour. Annoyingly my code didn't work. After a email discussion, turns out my voucher couldn't work because M&S have started their Homeware sale!

I've complained & asked for this contradicting T&C to be waived as I got the voucher late, the sale finishes 30 Aug but the voucher still expires 31st

Will see what M&S comes back with...

Well got said voucher code yesterday via internet banking message.
However, I have tried to use it several times, although the voucher is acknowledged, the ,£30 is not deducted :mad:
I have fulfilled the conditions ( full price clothes) and am at a loss, I'll have to try and get in there before the expiry date
Had full intentions of cancelling my bank switch but only 5 days to go and it's too late.:eek:

If it's any help I used mine on food - three chickens for £10, six salmon fillets reduced to £9 and three Indian curry packs at £4 each. Ten minutes in the shop. I printed off the voucher that came in the e-mail and that went through OK.

Fortunately we have a M and S near us but not happy at poor service.

Did your voucher come in the form of a barcode or 10 digit number?

Not sure about the barcode as I've scrapped the e-mail, but there was a number - I printed off the whole e-mail but only handed in the voucher which contained a number. HTH

I was also waiting for mine and emailed yesterday plus messaged twice through the online banking secure messages without any reply.

So instead I mentioned the problem on their Twitter and has this reply back within about 30 minutes.

Please send your postcode and contact no. to 247@mandsbank.com and I'll look into this for you.

I sent them the details and had a online or offline code to use within an hour.

Hopefully this works for the rest of you
