I have now received an email with an in store code and online code. I just hope that it works in store as there is not a barcode to scan.

Yeah, I received the same but when I tried to spend instore they said that they would not be able to process it as required a barcode. Will have to try again.

It does work in store. I even forgot to take the printed voucher and the cashier simply typed in the code numbers from my mobile phone email.

Finally received the voucher email...i'm presuming that this happened because of Ryan's intervention.

Just an update on the issue.

For those of you who are still chasing vouchers M&S have now provided us with a direct email address to try and get these issues resolved as quickly as possible so it is definitely worth dropping them an email to make sure this is the case; customerservices.internet@mandsbank.com
