MSE News: Free £30 M&S voucher up for grabs with 19mth 0% spending card

It is now 30 August 2016 and I still haven't received my £30 voucher from M&S (I applied for the card via your link and received the card in May 2016 and have been using it every since).
I have emailed M&S over the weekend (on the email address you posted) but haven't had any reply yet.
I am really worried that the voucher will expire before I even get it (as it is supposed to be valid until 31 August 2016, which is tomorrow).
This is not fair as I have followed all the T&C of the card application and been more than patient in waiting for this voucher.

Well despite multiple emails to M&S and a complaint via secure messaging on my M&S credit card account, I had zero response from M&S and no £30 voucher
I then sent an email to the address posted on this thread from MSE customerservices.internet@mandsbank.com and received my voucher 2 days before the expiry date.
Tried to use the voucher and it did not work.
Had an online chat and was told to place my order and then contact them afterwards to get a credit for the £30.
Placed my order with most items I wanted unavailable due to being in the sale and contacted the online chat who said they will credit my account.
A few days later £30 Credit applied to my account.
5 days later receive an email saying some of my items are no longer in stock and they refund me £3 instead of £18 and then 10 minutes later I receive an items dispatched email.
Contact M&S about why I have only been refunded £3 and they say its not their issue and to contact M&S Bank.
This was a advertised promotion for £30 for taking out a M&S credit card but the whole process has been nothing but problematic from the start.
How MSE can promote this offer and the new current offer is highly questionable.0 -
My account is being closed down in a few weeks, on reading how to redeem my points (the 500 bonus ones for spending a penny) to get the voucher (I think it is M&S £25), it says this is done at the end of the year, can I request one before then so I don't lose it?0

Well I got my voucher.... eventually, and had some difficulty using it as they had a sale and promotions on.( I ordered on-line as there isn't a shop near me ).
The goods arrived ( I have them delivered to the local Food Hall ) but after the August 31st "deadline,".
Today I took them back, the swimsuit was a too small and the fleece wasn't as thick as I expected.
Guess what....no refund 🙍🙍🙍🙍
The till said NO, and the supervisor explained that this is usual for an on-line code.
She suggested that I phone customer services but I got the impression that it would be a waste of time.
So is it worth pursuing ?? I thought that I could use Resolver.:(:(

I never received the M&S voucher, so I complained and instead of a voucher they just added £30 credit to my credit card. Better than a voucher because I could spend it anywhere!0
