You can get the clickthrough figures on Zoopla publicly.

Normally agents give you feedback after viewing, but it's courtesy to let you know how many people might be going. They might call you on Thursday or Friday to let you know.

Are those clickthrough figures just for Zoopla clickthroughs (prob a stupid question!).

Trying to see if the level of interest in a property we've had an offer declined on may be declining!

    One viewing since Brexit :(

Not sure how much longer my seller will wait for me to sell mine before he relists property on the markets.

If you've only had one viewing then, unless your home isn't at all desirable, the same pattern will continue across to others in the market (which it is, believe me, sorry if this upsets someone). So try to negotiate / convince your seller of this fact should they re-list.

There's a lovely house near us that was up for £1.25 million about 5 years ago, then £795000 last year and is now up at £895000... individual property can change price wildly dependent on the optimism or desperation of the sellers... I think it'll take a while to determine if there's any drop in prices.

Also think the stamp duty changes may have an effect for a brief period, as all BTL investors bought just before the changes, and now aren't (which will settle eventually I should think)

    It's all guesswork really...

  • Hi All

We officially went on the market on Tuesday, we have two more viewings booked, one this afternoon and one tomorrow.

I am finding the whole thing extremely stressful, I think mainly because I know that DH is emotionally attached to the place we want so I am feeling the pressure to get a reliable buyer in place quickly.

The kids seem to think I have lost the plot and am nagging incessantly!

Good luck to those that have viewings booked this weekend.

We've been back on the market almost a month after our buyer pulling out just before exchange. We've had 2 viewings and one of those was after we dropped the price by 10k. Getting seriously close to taking it off the market and starting fresh in a couple of months :(
