After a quiet week last week there seems to have been plenty of houses going on Rightmove yesterday and today.0
-
I have noticed that. I have also noticed the prices have not dropped.0

Good Luck everyone. Well we had a last minute viewing yesterday. Phoned at 10am and viewers were here at 5:30.
Their feedback today: HOUSE PERFECT but in the wrong location. (next to pub for those not aware)
Ho hum x0 -
Some prices dropping on rightmove in my area...I dropped mine slightly and had a call yesterday for a viewing last night and one on Saturday, no feedback yet from last night, so we'll see.0

We've just dropped ours 10k. Absolutely desperate to sell as we were about to exchange on a house when our buyer pulled out a few weeks ago, since then we had one viewing on the day of the referendum which was very promising but the vote stopped him making an offer.
Very stressful times0 -
i'll join you! House has been on the market 1 week and no interest
I really hope things change quickly as we've seen our dream home!

Good luck everyone....I've got 2 viewings planned at my flat for tomorrow, no feedback from the viewing the other night so I guess they're not going to make an offer....
Fingers crossed for tomorrow0 -
Bonfire - not the pub argument again! Must be frustrating...
Apparently we've got someone coming from Cornwall to look at ours at some point soon (we're in Nottingham) but no firm date.
We're off on holiday next weekend for a few weeks, so I'm going everything will have settled down and it'll get sold whilst we're away... here's hoping!First win (October) - Apple Ipod off a radio competition
November - new nokia mobile phone, £250 electrical voucher (both radio comptitions)
March - 2 cinema tickets to see 27 dresses (radio again!)

Bonfire how close to the pub is it? My OH had a house next to a pub, when he sold it, a developer bought it and built another house in the garden between the existing house and the pub. OH was back in the area for a meeting a year or so later and drove by for a nosy, couldn't believe what he was seeing. Since then, the pub has closed down, knocked down and houses have been built where the pub was.
Any scope for a developer to build in your garden?Make £2025 in 2025

God, how's this for luck. Finally had a call from the estate agent saying we have a viewing at midday tomorrow (yay). Got home to the neighbour upstairs washing machine leaking through into our kitchen. He's turned it off and stopped the washing but now we have one wet wall and some lovely brown stains on the ceiling. Ughhhhhh!!!!0
