We've been on the market for 2.5 weeks, had 4 viewings and no offers. Stupidly we went to have a look at some houses to get an idea of areas and what we're looking for and fell in love with a house.
Does 4 viewings in 2 weeks seem positive? I'm not very patient when it comes to not being able to plan my life!0 -

People are going to be very jittery about how much they pay now IMO.0 -
No response from Monday's viewer so assumed he can't be bothered giving feedback and isn't going to offer. Frustrating as it was a second viewing.
We have a lady coming this Monday at 11 with nothing to sell so fingers crossed xDFW Total £21,800 to clear by Dec 2022

Now reinstated the offer and instructed solicitors!
I think they had a shop around and realised they had a pretty good deal with us!0 -
Hope you hear something happy tails.
That's good news credit crunched, fingers crossed is smooth sailing from now on.
We had a massively frustrating day last Monday, the ea called requesting a viewing either later on that day or on Saturday, after a bit of toing and froing we decided on 7pm that evening, rearranged our plans for the day to overhaul the house and get everywhere viewing ready, literally finished at 6.55, kids were fed up and ravenous as I didn't want to mess up the kitchen making tea... Viewers didn't show
Rang the agents next morning to see if they knew anything, they didn't but rang back later after speaking to them. The viewer said they didn't come to see us as they offered on another property and it was accepted, she thought she had rung to cancel but may have forgot as she has recently had brain surgery, the ea were adamant they had not been contacted.
Dropped the price to 105 today, really just want to move now, on the plus side the listing is finally right with all the proper photos and the floor plans showing properly and the reduction will push it back up to the top of the list.
We paid 90 for it 12 years ago and have done various improvements to it so its disheartening to think we might not make anything on it0 -
