It's hard to be patient isn't it, you never know the next viewer could be the one
You only need one person to love it. Fingers crossed for you, I wouldn't lower it straight away unless you think it's really over priced.
Just got an appointment through for a viewing tomorrow. Fingers crossed.0 -
Ooh good luck0

So any tips on how to keep relaxed , and how to reassure myself it will happen in time lol ? XI currently am sat in the car with my dog parked up on the next street with all my washing on the back seat.
Everyone's doing so well! You'll all be sold before me!
Jx2024 wins: *must start comping again!*0 -
Good to hear there are a few viewings going on.
I have no idea what a good number of viewings is. Our house is in the £300k region - but that's the cost of a first time buyer's home now!! It's crazy prices round here.
We had 2 viewings this week and 3 more tomorrow. Our house we thought we'd lost is back on the market...but going up for a open house with sealed bidsI'm viewing one tomorrow as well that's open house. I really don't like the idea. We won't stand a chance. I hate the idea of putting down a full and final offer. Not to mention the fact we still have a house to sell, so won't be considered.

£300k for a FTB  it's a good job we live in the north, I only want to pay about half that for our 'forever' home :rotfl::rotfl:
I wouldn't like the idea of sealed bids either, either the vendor gets greedy or you could be beaten by a tiny amount, it's like gambling with your dreams. So stressful!
I'm about to turn into a cleaning demon, ready for our viewing at lunchtime. :j0 -
Wow 300k! I'm glad we live in the East Midlands think the average house price isn't much over 200k round here. For 300k you can get a huge house in the best areas around here.
Sealed bids would stress me out too. You feel pressured to pay as much as you can afford invade you lose the house. You can see why estate agents do it though.
Hoping to get some feed back today from the 4 viewers yesterday. Also planning a nice relaxing weekend (I'm being a rebel and not even going to make the beds today lol) no viewings till Monday thankfully.
Good luck with your viewings this weekend everyone0 -
Incase not invade

I would suggest that less and less people are feeling pressured this way, it is a dying art form..:rotfl:0 -

Viewing one done for today. Didn't really get a vibe from them. Young couple with a baby but not yet decided on the area they want to live in...
Now waiting for number two to arrive. Got a feeling it's an investor0
