We saw a house last year which we gave the feedback that the owner needed to redo the bathroom and incorporate the shower into the bathroom, instead of it being randomly in the adjoining bedroom. The owner told us whilst viewing they'd had feedback about the bathroom, but had run out of steam. Sure enough, it didn't sell and they took it off the market. It's now come back on the market, he's done the bathroom as we suggested.
The owner is a plumber. If he couldn't be !!!!!d, any viewer would wonder why. It was a tricky job as the adjoining bedroom had steps down into it so the floor levels were different.
I'm pretty convinced he's got much more chance of selling it now.Make £2025 in 2025

Thank you every one. My husband had to do the viewing (He was not happy about it) he said they were very keen, they said they had missed out on a house on this street in the past and didn't want to miss out on this one. Not going to get my hopes up though, you never know what to believe do you. Fingers crossed though.0

Sounds promising Toc25. Fingers crossed that you'll soon be spending your time stressing on the 'waiting to find a house to buy' thread!0

Wow Toc25 - fingers crossed!
Well i had a phone call from the Estate Agent today for a last minute viewing for a FTB. They called at 1pm for a 3.30pm viewing - the house was a state! I have had a bit of a crap week and planned to blitz house tomorrow on my day off so of course i agreed, stuck my daughter infront of the Ipad and spent 2 hours in a mad tidying and cleaning frenzy. Finished off with whisking said child and the dog out at 3.10 to go pick the other 2 kids up and then went for ice cream whilst the EA showed the couple round. PHEW ! What a day. The EA mentioned on the phone they were seeing a few today so fingers crossed they make an offer on ours!
Good news is, the house is tidy so ive freed up tomorrow morning !! :TDFW Total £21,800 to clear by Dec 2022

Good luck happytails
It was the same for me I had planned spending tomorrow ( my first day off) tidying up but only had a couple of hours yesterday to run round and get it all done (very stressful) I was barking orders at the kids. As you say at least it's done now so we can relax today. Yay :j0 -
Another 2 viewings booked. I'm wondering if a open day would be a better plan. Has anyone else considered doing That?0

It seems we are busy in here. I hope you all get some good offers from your viewings.
I've got a viewing at 10.30 tomorrow so I'm going to finish my brew & get cracking with the tidying & cleaning 😕 At least I will have a clean house for the weekend if nothing else.0
