Good luck, I bet it seems really odd looking at your own house on right move! I am waiting for them to send me the draft details (must have checked my emails 300 times) :o

Can't believe they edited out stuff in your house! I thought he meant dirty marks and stuff like that not your possessions. Thing is though that stuff is going to be there when people view the house so it seems a bit pointless really :rotfl:

I'm so annoyed, ideas told that the draft details will be sent to me today and I have had nothing. Will I come across as annoying or pushy if I ring them tomorrow? I am not the most patient of people. :o
I wouldn't have minded so much if they had had the decency to let me know that it wouldn't be ready today after all. It would have saved me refreshing my emails 5000 times :rotfl:

The EA is working for you and you are the person paying them to do their job.

I would let them know how disappointed you are with their service and let them know in no uncertain terms you expect a 1st class job.

    Good luck

Thanks that's how I see it, I am paying them a lot of money to do a job and they should be doing it. I don't want to get in their bad books though :o

Had our first viewing at 6.30 this evening. I was at work when I got the notification and it was total panic to get home on time and tidy up. Rookie mistake, I didn't put my washing away last night or wash the breakfast pots this morning. Need to be more on my game going forward:D

They were a young couple renting fairly close by. They said all the right things but you never really know do you. Good news was they have a dog, so totally non plussed about the few bits of doggie paraphernalia I had to keep out. Phew.

    Fingers crossed!

If you did not do your job properly do you think you would not be told to buck up your ideas :rotfl:

Ooh good luck pumpkin! That sounds positive! Did you show them round yourself? I couldn't do that I would be really nervous, when I'm nervous I don't stop talking ( a load of rubbish) and I talk really fast too. Lol

Good luck Pumpkin! We have done a few viewings ourselves. I hate doing them though, so try to ensure hubby is around to do them.

We have 2 families that really like our house. One has made an offer the other wants to offer, but both need to sell the own houses. Great that people are wanting to buy, but not so great that we still can't move forward. Fingers crossed one sells soon, or another viewing offers and is proceedable. Not good at the waiting!

But if your boss kept telling you to put a product on the market at a level that no one wants to pay, would you stay with the company?
