Good luck hope you get Some viewers soon. Have you found anything you are wanting to buy or are you waiting?

We have put an offer in on a place we really like but they need someone who is proceedable (they have another offer in too from people in the same position as us so will just have to see)

We had a viewing cancelled. Had a viewing today. No idea how it went. No idea if we should find this stuff out from agents? They are meant to phone tomorrow as part of the weekly update, so we'll see if that happens.

I would want to know how it went, fingers crossed they let you know today x

Congrats sulphate hope it all goes well!

I am sat patiently waiting for the estate agent to come and value my house. It looks like a show home, smells lovely too (well I think so) both our cars are rammed full of junk!
Not sure why I feel so nervous.

The viewing we had went well. They are supposedly keen. But in the same position as us, no buyer.

The house we were keen on has sold. :( Husband viewed another today but no good.

I never thought I'd say this...but DH being tidy is actually annoying me now! I couldn't find the handwash and fairy liquid earlier. He is literally sweeping the house before he goes to work incase we have a viewing! So I come home to games of hide and seek!

Houndour everyone is getting annoyed with me because they can't find anything either ha ha. Hopefully our houses will sell quick so we can go back to normal soon. Hope you find something you like too, I'm worried because there is only one house we like at the moment and if that sells there is nothing we would consider at all, nightmare.

It went really well, valued at what one as expecting so I'm happy with that. She asked me how I managed to keep my house so tidy with having 4 kids and a dog! Actually had to stop myself from bursting out laughing. I thought to myself you have no idea how much blood sweat and tears has gone in to this house lately. Got to wait till tomorrow valuation then hopefully will be on the market in the next few days. Exciting!

Well we've received an offer now and accepted so scary but exciting! First time we've moved and lived in our current property for over 13 years. Here's hoping we find something!

I never got a chance to really post on this thread as we ended up with 2 asking price offers on day 1, but I had definitely not been looking forward to the cleanliness 24/7 that I had assumed would be going on for at least a week or two! It was like living in a holiday home, I like my clutter ;) Now I can go back to being a slob...

Thanks had about 25 viewings or so and offers falling through over the months, so well and truly was sick of the keeping the house showhome standard..especially challenging with kids! Good luck all.
