I have washing on the go constantly, I am just going to be shoving it in the car in bags or baskets when someone comes to view. It will be a pain in the bum but you have to do what you have to do is suppose.

🙈 I know, I'm going to see if there is a laundrette nearby. If we have a viewing in the week we will be at work so the wet washing would be in the car all day! I have also earmarked the car for several other items 😜

We shoved the laundry basket in the car, and parked the car down the road so they didn't pass the car with all the junk in on the way up the drive!

I work nights so won't be having viewings while I'm at work luckily but having wet washing in the car all day wouldn't be ideal would it lol

I've got 2 valuations booked in the next 2 days, one tomorrow morning and one Friday morning. I'm feeling really nervous and trying to make my self calm down.

If I'm feeling like this before a valuation how am I going to be when someone comes to view

Exciting!! I would throw another agent in the mix too, three was a good no. for us, one agent over priced us massively.

We are officially on the market, on right move and everything 🙈 Feels real now!! Just have to see what the response is...

Ah yes, we've stuffed coats/random stuff in our cars! The wet washing is a bug bear here too, I've managed to hang stuff up outside and get it in before someone comes round if there are only evening viewings. Also leaving wet washing in the machine for a bit...

We accepted an offer today from a FTB thank goodness!! Fingers crossed this one doesn't mess us around :)

Congratulations. Fingers crossed it goes smoothly for you.

We had a viewing cancelled. Had a viewing today. No idea how it went. No idea if we should find this stuff out from agents? They are meant to phone tomorrow as part of the weekly update, so we'll see if that happens.
