    8k below asking price but FTB and they are keen to move fast

    Hopefully it will be a quick sale as i'm chain free

    Crafty well done!

    Viewer turned up at least. Sooo annoying when they cancel.

    Several DH and cleaner hours and they had managed to leave the place grubby still. How I don't know.

    Had our first viewer after been on the market 5 days and said the kitchen is too small which i agree with. This is the most awful situation ive been in not been able to do anything at all!

    No more viewers here... and not heard anything from the ones that 'loved it'...

    Shame about the garden comment smallholding... Any other feedback from them?

    things never normally work this well for me so fingers crossed!

    The house went on Rightmove on Thursday last week, had an offer Friday which I rejected and they came back yesterday with £5k under asking. I have accepted as the buyer has already sold, in rented and will be mortgage free :j

    Just got to find somewhere to buy now, there is nothing in my area at all :eek:

    Congrats to everyone receiving offers :)

    I had a viewing yesterday which were time wasters, then another this morning who put in an offer immediately! It was 6k below the asking price, so I politely turned it down, then they came back and offered 3k more which I accepted :) They are cash buyers too! So now I'll have to find something.
