Well, listing has now gone love on agents website and Rightmove, and already we've asked for a couple of changes, done within the hour which impressed!

So, now just waiting for viewers, how did you all cope.? Only been hours and nails bitten already.

Somebody who doesn`t have their fingers in ears going "La La La my house is still worth x....because it has to be!"

Well, according to most posters here on MSE a crasher is anyone who dares to hold the opinion that rampant, unsustainable, policy driven house price inflation isn't a particularly good thing for individuals, society as a whole or the wider economy in general.... but it's currently the only tool the government/BoE have to create an illusory economic ''feel good factor'' and give the gullible masses a false impression of being wealthy and successful due to the ever increasing paper value of their property.

    Drone, drone drone....

Imagine asking Johnny's teacher how he's getting on in reception to be met with:

"Well, Mrs Smith, he's managing as well as any child forced to endure an education system constrained by constantly changing edicts from Whitehall, mountains of paperwork, a huge real-terms cut in funds and consequential losses of morale within the staff.

However, it's people like you, Mrs Smith, voting-in politicians that support a capitalist economy, who are really to blame for propping-up a system where the best and most favoured pupils are creamed off and the rest left to flounder.

Oh by the way, he seems to have mislaid his gym shoes....which I noted earlier, were of a brand probably made by slave labour in the Far East."

I bet you're fun at parties! :rotfl:
  • Got EA coming to do photos and get mine up shortly. Glad to have found this place, feels like a funny time of year to be selling. I thought buying was hard, goodness knows what buying and selling will be like!

Like anything if it goes on long enough...

I hope it won't be long for you.

After a couple of weeks off the market, we have gone back live with a different agent today. Much better description, much better pictures and a more upbeat feeling about it this time.....lets see what happens.

If it fails to sell....well....it's not like its a necessity to move, we'll just do our place up and stay there!

  • Good luck to both. It is quiet round here. Someone wants to view but hasn't sold.
