Windows 7 update

Hi, I have just installed windows 7 32bit and i am trying to install updates, it's been like this for 5 hours? Is this normal? I have tried troubleshoot, sfc/ scannow, fix it, no problems found Thank you

Strange, it fixed my update problem, and no malware or virus was detected
