Asda should not be sharing profits with the scammers regardless where they donate it to.

They are part of this rip off scam then

It just a continued reason not to shop at Asda
And i suppose you think they shouldn't be charging the Romanians running the car wash schemes on their car parks too?

sue, I would take anything you have bought at ASDA back and demand a refund explaining that it is too expensive.

Leave negative feed back on tw@tter, fakebook, trapadvisor, bumsnet, and any other social media forum you can think of. Contact the local and national press and your MP.

Make it absolutely plain that you will never shop in an ASDA store again.

Personally I don't think it worth telling the CEO you will be billing them for your time unless you really intend to do so, but all other forms of complaint are open to you.

And when does the not so smart contract run out?

Now, the incomers may be no better but we have yet to see this.

Either way, action has been taken (and may well be for the worse) yet you slate him for no action.

End of April but no doubt he will bring in other scammers so the action moves from one to another.

NO ACTION ? ..... just read what people say, Asda are not interested, no action.

Everyone has the right to slate him off if he allows scammers to rip off money spending customers

The car wash people offer a good service but .... you can chose to spend money with them or not. Nothing to do with the scammers

In response to the email recieved from ASDA, i sent a reply stating how inconsiderate the reply was and that i would inform my freinds and family via social media never to shop with ASDA again. But this is what Iv come back to

    "Good Morning xxxx,

I am sorry that you believe my email is inconsiderate. Please be assured that this was not my intention.

It is disappointing to hear that you will no longer be shopping with us however a clear breach of the terms and conditions has been apparent.

    Kind Regards
    ASDA"

I don't want to take up this issue with ASDA anymore as, they have made their intentions quite clear. It has been very frustrating finding out how they treat their customers. I had slight faith that they would step in and resolve the issue. But now, annoyed and disgusted by their replies. They clearly don't care !!I'm losing hope to be truthful. Family are hassling to pay up the £40, while it stays reduced at £40 for next few days as it will go up to £70.
    I'm confused and frustrated .
-Sorry about the spelling mistakes and grammar.

fogive me but whilst i dont agree with the demand for money it does beg the question if your friend had no children in the car why park in a parent and child space? Yes they have no legal power but by parking there she was opening herself up to the result

The driver usually goes shopping with the kids and parks in Mother and child bay.But not on the day in question.I know she shouldn't have parked there but we all have our moments .

Because she isn't disabled but needed the extra space provided by the not-in-any-way-legally-binding parent and child spaces. Any reasonable person observing would accept she had a genuine enough reason to be there, even if the child wasn't external yet.

I genuinely don't see the problem. I'd have let her use my P&C bay.

Moving on from that; assuming she shouldn't have been there, why should she have to pay Smart anything? Since she was observed, why didn't the attendant come over and direct her to an appropriate space?
