Have never used Fullrun tyres. What size tyre was that?
I am still a little wary of Chinese tyres, though Chinese tyres are extremely common these days.
I suppose if you drive within the limits of the tyres there won't be an issue.
Call me paranoid.0 -
These Fullrun tyres are ever increasingly being supplied with 'budget' alloy wheels as a complete package to the boy-racer types who are more interested in what their car looks like and the cost rather than safety.
They are also popular with 2nd hand traders who like the sales pitch of showing that the car has a full set of brand new rubber.
I can't find anyone with anything good to say about them - apart from the price.
Personally I wouldn't touch them at any price.
But if you have them then the advice to drive within the limits of the tyres is the answer.
I would think that perhaps that means drive very slowly, avoid sharp corners at more than 30mph - and stay home if it rains.

They are size 185/60/R15 and I've not had any problems in the past week of using them. Certainly no worse than the last cheap tyres that were on that lasted a modest 11K or so miles. These Fullrun tyres are ever increasingly being supplied with 'budget' alloy wheels as a complete package to the boy-racer types who are more interested in what their car looks like and the cost rather than safety.

These were tyres fitted by my local garage to my existing factory fitted wheels. Not some chavvy aftermarket alloys from the Halfords special range.0 -

If you thought that I meant that (a) you were a chav or (b) that I was suggesting that you had bought some 'cheap' halfords/boy-racer wheels then you have misunderstood my post.
I was meaning that I have seen Fullrun tyres as the being offered along with the more questionable quality of aftermarket alloys, often chosen by the spotty yoofs for their for their show off cars where appearance is everything and quality and/or safety mean nothing.0 -

Yes I know what you meant. I've seen those wheels in Halfords before although I've not set foot in one for years. I can all car bits and bobs I need much cheaper online.0
