So I toddled off to the wool shop armed with my deposit in hand for the class on Monday. FB still said there were places. I went in and the owner is off poorly and the friend helping out didn’t know anything about it. After much searching she found a diary with a list of folk - some had paid deposits some hadn’t. There are only 6 in the class as it’s only a small shop. Anyway she took my cash and if worse comes to the worse I’ll have to go and pick my cash up again and go on the next course, as she wasn’t sure what was going on as the FB page hadn’t been updated because of the owner being off work 🙄I parked in the M@rrisons up the road as parking is a nightmare at the shop, it isn’t a patch on my local one around the corner. It seemed tiny, I only needed a few bits as I’m trying to use my freezer up before a big shop at C@stc@ and mega cook off. I spent £40 and £35 of it was rubbishy treats and things I didn’t need at all. This included yet another notebook and multi coloured pen to start another food log. I do like a nice notebook and coloured pens but refuse to pay the price for some of them. I might even look online for some motivational weightloss stickers 🤫😂😂
I have been terrible food wise and I know it’s not good for me…..my tummy was playing up last night - it’s just a good job I was in the house and not out and about. I’m not sure if it’s food related or more related to the surgery I had and has built up again since I had antibiotics a while ago, but I know certain foods increase inflammation so it could be related. I’m also struggling standing. At the hop festival I had to keep sitting and whilst we were watching a band I had to attach myself to a railing and stand like a stork changing the pressure from one leg to the other. I’ve just prepared veg for a stew for 2 people whilst standing and can hardly put my foot on the floor. Extra stones aren’t doing me any good. I know what I need to do and know why I need to do it so why can’t I do it 😡😡😡😡 It’s not rocket science…..whichever weightloss programme is being followed it all boils down to burning more calories than you consume…..SiMPLES 😂😂😂😂😂😂
I’m going to be very naughty and treat myself to some daffodil bulbs…think the squirrels have been feasting on mine and some winter flowering pansies from a mail order catalogue that came through the door. I probably shouldn’t but at this moment in time I need flowers to look forward to 😏😀👍
Think all the doom and gloom of the forthcoming winter is getting to me. The news isn’t doing a lot to make me feel any better either. 😳😳January spends - £587.581 -

I looked at the stickers Beanie…..they didn’t motivate me 😂😂😂😂😂 so I’ll save my money 👍
I read some quotes instead and the ones I fancy I can write in my new book instead 👍👍 as and when necessary. But not with my new pen it’s going back as it doesn’t work 😡
I said I’d bought a load of rubbish yesterday. I’d bought custard doughnuts and when I took the packet out of the shopping bag it left the bag wet and sticky 😳😳 I’d eaten so much I couldn’t face one. Mr Milann couldn’t eat his either as he said it was full of oil. Must have been bad for him to be put off 😳😳 Cooked in oil that wasn’t hot enough. So today I’m going back to my local M@rris@ns to get my money back on the pen and doughnuts. One time I wouldn’t have bothered but every penny counts.January spends - £587.581 -

Ww I didn’t see those ones. The ones I saw were just 1lb lost etc . I can write that myself and copy little quotes in colours as I go. One that stuck with me last night “Only I can do it”……so true 👍
I took the manky doughnuts back to my local Morris@ns - I didn’t think they were going to accept them and make me take them to the shop a 10 minute drive away where I’d bought them. I wouldn’t have bothered for 85 p but they did and it went towards something else as I didn’t want the doughnuts. The pen actually started working so I decided to give it a chance for £1.50 .
Well the end of an era today….RIP Your Majesty…….what an act to follow

Miracle- I stayed the same at SlimmingWorld. No idea how as I haven’t even thought about it for 2 weeks. I can only presume I do a lot of things automatically now 👍

I also Won the raffle at SlimmingWorld - £5 to make a meal that reminds me of my childhood and post it on the FB page. Also collected my raffle prize from last time I was there a £10 Next voucher. I’m going to do what I did a long time ago and buy a £10 voucher a month and when I get to target go and treat myself.
Other than money from my incidental cash for Slimming World I’ve not spent anything, and I’ll total at the end of the month 👍January spends - £587.580
