Another lurker here. It's said also to eat off a blue plate. You feel fuller for some reason. Hence the 'blue plate special' you used to find in restaurants. Eve

We were just contemplating heading to bed at 9 pm for a bit of catch up tv when the door went. It was a friend I’ve had since I was 11. She was on her way home from work and ran out of petrol….luckily just around the corner from my house. Her phone was dead and she doesn’t take her purse to work as she works in a pub and doesn’t need money. She hadn’t realised how low her petrol was. I took her to Morrison’s to buy a petrol can and petrol at my local Morrison’s- they didn’t have any. We drove to a different garage which did….back to her car to fill up. Anyway it was good to see her and it was an outing I hadn’t expected. The minute I hit the cold air I couldn’t stop coughing. I think I’d better do a covid test tomorrow just to rule it out. I think it’s all from my throat though but best to make sure.January spends - £587.580

We were both in bed by 9pm. No one would have woke us up knocking on the door at that time0

I was just about to go up at the end of bake off. We have been friends from being 11 but see each other fairly regularly so she knew where I lived WW.
I’m feeling lots better today. My voice is still croaking but hopefully getting better 😁January spends - £587.580
