    Thats 21 days now and 8 on-line chats and 4 phone calls

    Can a Customer Service Agent (Social Media Team) please find out why this is dragging on....how long does it take to send a code?

    Well today I had my 13th contact with the Vodafone team, the fourth with the Social Media team, over 22 days.

    This time it was Nirav Dave.

    He said initially that he had spoken with the NUC team and that I have to have a 30 day SIM in my old phone before getting the NUC

    Having explained to him that I have gone through all this with all the other team members, all of whom ended our conversation saying that I don't have to have the 30 day SIM because they can see on their records that I did get the phone on a 2 year contract in March 2015 from a Vodafone shop, therefore the NUC will be sent very soon...

    Nirav Dave then went away for a minute or two and came back saying that he could now see my contract and that he would make this a priority with the NUC team

    Exactly what everyone else ended up saying over the last 22 days

    Success!! after 24 days and 14 contacts with Vodafone reps and having emailed the CEO...I got a call from his office today to say that my phone is now unlocked :)

    Thank you all for your help on here :)

    Hi,
    I negotiated an upgrade yesterday with Vodafone who promised a 40% discount on the standard price ( I have the transcript as it was via webchat)

    When I checked my account today, they have applied a 30% discount. I went on to webchat again and have been told that there is no such thing as 40% discount and that is why they have only applied a 30% discount and there is nothing they can do about it !!

    I'm furious, even with them seeing the transcript all they can do is say sorry !!

    I hope the Vodafone representative reads this as I will escalate this as far as I can go.
