Couldn't find that one Dave...found one called Uk vodafone iphone unlocking service..they say they will send the code for a number of phones

    is it really only £13.13?

If you really can't wait a few days for the WRT to sort it (which I would say is the logical choice), just choose one with lots of feedback and pay with Paypal, Buyer protection will mean you're covered if they don't do it.

Also, read the fine print, some unlockers need the phone to have been used on Vodafone in the last 30 days while some don't.

  • I've responded to all emails, you're still overcharging me (in fact you've overcharged me twice this month), I'm still not in receipt of a refund.

So yes, I remain unhappy. I'm sorry too.

Counting the days until July when I can cancel these contracts.
  • I have completed the online form re huge overcharges for WAP despite wiping phone to move any possible apps causing charges. Had an email back confirming form received with ref 15895788. Hopefully things can get resolved as the charges are not created but anything done this end. I have looked back over the companies bills and this has been going on for 12 months!

I've had no response from the social media people.

My Vodafone nightmare only gets worse. Today they have completely disconnected my phone number.

As usual it takes their Customer Relations team in India at least 30 minutes to look into the notes. They then transferred me to the "upgrades team" but that disconnected me after I entered my number as it didn't recognise my number as a Vodafone one.

I see they are still in the media for the UK's worst customer service:

    I'm emailing nick.jeffery@vodafone.com now.

Bottom of that newspaper article says:
Mr Jeffery tells me he reads every customer complaint sent to his personal email account — currently around ten to 15 a day — and ensures they are dealt with swiftly.

The address, in case you are wondering, is nick.jeffery@vodafone.com. Do let us know how you get on.
  • Thanks for the article and Nick Jeffery's email address - have sent the details of my CS nightmare to him. Hoping he is as good as his word.

I suspect Mr. Jeffery is going to get a significant increase in his correspondence since this article was published. :)

    Water off a duck's back.
  • I'd urge anyone still having issues to contact Nick Jeffery's team using that email address.

I got an immediate response, with an apology. Then a phone call within 24 hours to outline the steps that had been taken to resolve the issue, along with the direct line of the staff member in case there are any future problems.
