    that is where I am now

    I thought I would speak to a person and not a chat line...I've just put the phone down to Maureen, who, just like the other customer services people, said 'definately' and 'I promise' and 'I will sort it' so many times I lost count.
    I am now sat here waiting for the call back in 30 minutes while she checks with her manager and goes through my records.
    Having read your post, it could be a long wait :(

    There really is only one consistent method of resolving issues and that's the Forum/Social Media team.

    I'd suggest you persevere, send the form again (making sure everything is correct including your email address) and see if you get the ref #.

    You're wasting your time with any other part of Voda CS 99% of the time.

    Well that's an hour now and no call back....Ok I'll try that method again Dave cheers
    otherwise I'm off into a phone unlocking shop in town...I'm worn out with it all to be honest...hours of my time that I'll never get back

    Good to see I'm not the only one who finds it an absolute nightmare having to deal with Vodafone CS, I don't even know why I speak to them on the phone anymore, they routinely give me upgrade offers that aren't then priced properly, extend my contract without my permission, or make technical changes that actually ruin your service rather than fix what they were supposed to.

    I can't believe I've been with them for 19 years, to be fair their pricing on SIM only is decent, but I'm not sure it really compensates for all the hassle these days.

    I've already had a call after filling out the form on here :)
    After going through all the security checks, he said that he could see my contract for that phone on their computer records, so obviously that is proof that's it's my phone and he couldn't understand why the NUC team couldn't see the same.....he said that he would deal with it personally and that he would get back to me ASAP
