give me an example where you have voted for your MEP and a piece of EU legislation has been changed as a result.
Give me one where you have voted for your MP and a piece of UK legislation has changed as a result'Just think for a moment what a prospect that is. A single market without barriers visible or invisible giving you direct and unhindered access to the purchasing power of over 300 million of the worlds wealthiest and most prosperous people' Margaret Thatcher0 -

I think it a common place that change of party in power leads to changing legislation.
There is a clear and transparent line between voting in a UK election and see different priorities and laws.
I am not claiming there is no democracy in the EU, just that its timeline is far to opaque and the peoples of the EU have different priorities.
At the end of the day, if you are content with the EU democratic process then that's good for you and you vote accordingly : I am not content so I vote for brexit.0 -

Did it vote LD because they didn't think an independent could deliver on Heathrow? Did it vote LD because the full.force of the party was out, something an independent could never achieve?
Also, a member of the EU negotiating team Guy Verhofstadt has tweeted offering his congratulations. The EU has no place involving itself in democratic elections in the UK and Verhofstetdter is being deliberately inflammatory. I voted remain and it even annoyed me.

A very difficult one to analyse or a simple one?
Maybe the voters or Richmond saw it as what is more important A50 or A380?Change is inevitable, except from a vending machine.0 -

Simple.
Rich, Liberal, International Elite want to maintain their position as the most wealthy in society and don't want anyone else !!!!ing it up for them.....
No surprises there.Turn your face to the sun and the shadows fall behind you.0 -
I must say, I'm deeply disappointed with my Richmond neighbours - the idea that they put the EU before the state of the air quality and noise levels in west London is deeply depressing.
Indeed. I hope the government see this as a green light to send more planes over Richmond and less over Ealing. It will serve them right.0 -
OK. So if you don't want Le Pen to win this is probably good news.François Hollande will not seek re-election as president of France0

Why? I was under the impression that the victorious candidate was also opposed to expansion.0 -
The people of Richmond have issued a vicious spanking to the Tories today.
Across the nation UKIP Brexi-bullies are shuffling nervously as the silent majority, appalled at the ugly taste their right wing campaign is leaving in decent people's mouths, prepares to give them a bloody nose.
